The reason we use Lerman is that they know their business...no guessing as to the cause of the problem...we have Sub-Zero frige and Wolf range--over 5 years old so no warranty---Lerman is so so much better and responsive that the SZ & W recommended service center--not even close-- Simply the best appliance repair place in town----"

"We had six contractors that bid out our kitchen model before selecting IND Construction.  David was the most professional, had great ideas and his pricing was very fair.  He even gave us a 3D design of what the finished project would look like!  Sahweet!
They gutted the entire kitchen (old and outdated with major issues) down to the studs and gave us a beautiful, new kitchen that we absolutely love.  They finished on-time AND on budget!  With all the contractor horror stories out there, it's great to find a company out there that we can trust.  We ran into multiple issues (no fault of IND; our house has it's share of problems), but David always made us feel at ease, saying that they would take care of it.  And they always did. :)  Even with our excessive eye for detail, they made sure everything was taken care of and to our liking.
Note: we went with semi-custom cabinets, but truly, it feels like we got custom cabinetry.  The quality of the cabinets that IND uses is far superior to any of the ones we've seen when checking out other contractor's previous projects.  Plus David hooked us up with self-closing drawers and doors throughout.  Very cool.

"Nathan, Mike and Gal did a stellar job of installing air conditioning in our house built in 1947. It was a tough job, entailing re-doing our messed-up heating system and coordinating it with a new air system. Nathan told us each day what to expect the next day, and his estimate for the duration and cost of the job was accurate. The crew on the job started promptly at 8 every workday, worked steadily and cleaned up before they left each day. 'Pristine' is an accurate description for the caliber of work this company does! He advised us how to get the best prices. The workmen showed up every day and worked all day, including Saturdays for two and a half weeks.. The quality of the work was excellent.
