We hired KBHI to remove a very outdated looking wall attached to our fireplace, move the gas line, remove some outdated bricks in front of the fireplace and propose a solution for removal of the outdated wood. When a problem arose, he explained the situation, offered multiple solutions and the costs/tradeoffs of each, and we agreed together on the best course of action.
