We hired KBHI to remove a very outdated looking wall attached to our fireplace, move the gas line, remove some outdated bricks in front of the fireplace and propose a solution for removal of the outdated wood. It was a pleasure working with Cade who coordinated everything and was very hands on making sure everything was to our liking. Immediately upon meeting Ben I knew I wanted to work with him - he clearly has the intelligence, experience, and taste I was looking for, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Surprises arise during construction, but Ben was always direct and communicative. When a problem arose, he explained the situation, offered multiple solutions and the costs/tradeoffs of each, and we agreed together on the best course of action.
