"Stuff happens, and this business knows how to handle it! We had a stain on the ceiling. Ofri from BTB came over and turned on the water from the upstairs bathtub and then the shower stall. The ceiling became moist after the shower was turned on. Ofri then came back with a plumber. He turned on the upstairs bathtub. After they left, water dripped from the ceiling. Ofri had the plumber immediately send over a team for a service call. They broke open a hole in the ceiling and found that a pipe leading to the bathtub was so rusty it had holes. They took videos showing other pipes leading to the bathtub were also very rusty. While the team was still there, Ofri gave us prices, sent over the paperwork and the pipes were replaced within a of couple hours. Fabulous! Ofri had thought it would take a lot longer to complete the plumbing work. Therefore, her pricing did not align with the actual work performed. She brought in Alon, who substantially reduced the price to our satisfaction. Their responsiveness and reasonableness earned them my highest rating. Thank you Ofri, Alon and the BTB team!"

We had originally worked with two other contractors and our city for 15 months and all we had to show for the time and money spent was a huge hole and an even bigger pile of dirt in our backyard. When Ovi, the Creative Home Remodeling Project Manager, answered our call for an estimate, he was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also compassionate about all we had been through. He gave us a fair estimate to complete the job, but also his word that they would not give up until the job was complete and we were fully satisfied. Working with our city was very challenging, but they never gave up, meeting every requirement to gain approval and keeping us informed every step of the way. When we finally obtained approval, they immediately got to work, and the job was completed within a couple of weeks.
