These men liked working together and worked well together. The work took three days. When there was a pipe showing on the exterior, we asked them to adjust it, which they did, no problem. Carlos also installed a shut-off valve for the guesthouse's gas and an extra water tap for the garden next to the guesthouse wall. Carlos and his crew were friendly, direct, English-speaking, polite, didn't give excuses just did GREAT, solid work. We will definitely use their services again.

"Set original visit for 4/30; however, due to vehicle trouble appt was changed.  Miquel (Head Tech for UMC) called to advise of the problem several times and on last call was able to reschedule appt for 5/1.  Showed up promptly at noon.  Called prior to that advising of ETA.  Was personable and knowledgible.  
We also discussed uneven AC flow thru vents and he said that adjustments are possible and would advise and suggest via E-Mail.  AC unit is on roof of second story and will no doubt need routine inspection in the near future.
