"Despite the hot temperature, it was mid-July, it went smoothly. The only reason why they get a 'B' for quality is because their installation team forgot to switch on the gas valve for heating(!) I found this out because I called for service when there was no heat from the HVAC unit. The tech only took 5 minutes on the roof to find the problem. I was relieved it was nothing serious and that the tech was honest. Otherwise they would've gotten all A's."

He was always honest about when the crew, whichever crew, would be arriving: demolition crew, wall crew, paver crew, deck crew, waterproofing crew, stucco crew, paint crew. Didn't matter..he was able to make this work flow. If there was a glitch Jeff would give us an estimate, pretty close to REAL TIME when work would be done. And the result is fabulous! A stunning patio, 2nd story deck, BBQ and grill area, and did I mention the paver designs? Final touch was bringing the landscaper to finish the small amount of grass that needed to be installed and plants. We LOVE the result and we LOVE Jeff."

Eli and Raquel designed, planned and ‘made it happen’ a lot more than we could have dreamed of! After the remodeling was completed, we converted our house to from a small dining area, kitchen and family room into a pretty big size kitchen and family space. In addition to that, they also replaced the existing floor that we has with a new hardwood floor thru the entire house, updated all the in-wall shelfs and cabinets and they installed new HVAC and tankless system.
