We could have given him more jobs in other locations but do not like the quality of work. We will not be hiring him again. Thank good it was not a larger project."

"We needed about 1000 sq. ft. of our roof redone, removing ceramic tiles and replacing with composition shingles so we could install solar panels for electric. We got three bids. Two were close and one was substantially less. That was Trevor and Sinaloa Roofing. He and his crew did a great job. They ran into unexpected problems because we had a lot of broken tiles on the part of the roof that was to remain as is. They replaced those with tiles they were removing and barely charged us for a lot of extra work. Trevor is honest, straightforward, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. The job was on time and his crew cleaned up after themselves. He saved us thousands of dollars. Highest recommendation!"

"I used Shefer Builder for a kitchen remodel and I'm so glad I did. They were friendly, detail-oriented and flexible. First, I didn't want a total teardown. I wrote a detailed doc specifying what I wanted and sent it to a bunch of contractors. Yaniv was the only guy that actually read it and gave us a competitive quote - everyone else tried to upsell us a total teardown. I really appreciated that. We wanted to purchase all materials and appliances ourselves, and Yaniv worked efficiently with us to schedule things . Partway through the process we changed our mind - went for an in-counter cooktop instead of a separate range. Yaniv took the change in stride, adjusted the quote and schedule, and work continued smoothly. I was very impressed. Partway through the renovation, covid hit. When this happened Yaniv quickly hurried his schedule so that his workers could be out of our house as soon as possible. I really appreciated it. This renovation was over a year ago and all the work has been first rate. There wasn't a detail missed and everything's held up. Overall i would most likely hire them for further jobs."
