Mr. Roofing, was founded in 1989 by Miguel Rodriguez. A veteran of the roofing industry, Miguel immediately established an honest and fair roofing service that customers appreciated. Demand for his service had grown and he needed help. In 1998, Miguel formed a partnership with his son Carlos Rodriguez - at the time, a recent University of California at Berkeley graduate. Carlos had been working in a corporate environment for about a year after college and was recently promoted. However, when Miguel asked Carlos to join the company Carlos felt he couldn't turn his back on the family. The Mr. Roofing team is committed to a completely satisfied customer. Though not perfect, we try our best to deliver a good experience to our customers. More importantly, you can tell a company's commitment to customer service by their response to a question, concern, and/or compliment. Maria De Leon is in charge of appointments and scheduling. Her care and attention is appreciated by our customers. Eloisa Gallardo is our office manager and ensures that our paperwork process and business transactions are properly handled. Ricardo Molina, Mike Odynski, Omar Capulong, and Mitchel Silva are our project consultants; they listen to our customers needs and design a long term sustainable scope of work that will meet our customer's budget. Our project managers include Roberto Valerio, Jose Gutierrez, Nick Donofrio, and Carlos Rodriguez; their role is to coordinate the work and work crews to deliver a good production experience for our customers.

"Hello [Member Name Removed]; Which one of our Project Advisors met with you? We don't charge for estimates and you reviewed that you paid us $99 for an inspection. The only inspections we charge for are for roof inspections requested by realtors and that is $250 for a full report of the existing condition of the roof on a property. If one of my Project Advisors charged you I would like to know and discuss that with them. Which property did we provide an estimate for you? The one listed in your review is not listed in our database neither is your name. Is the estimate under a different name perhaps? I ask to make sure my Project Advisors are fulfilling our process. We have 10 weeks of backlog work and if our prices weren't competitive we wouldn't be as busy as we are."

It appears that our project advisor didn't have the opportunity to meet after your initial appointment. We encourage the follow up meeting to explain our recommendations - not all roof systems are the same. The danger is that a lost is lost in translation - not even I was born with a roofing manual in my head. Your comment "I have no idea why they are charging so much..." could have been clarified with the opportunity to meet. I looked at your estimate and our project advisor recommended the thermoplastic roof system with blown in insulation. The thermoplastic roof system is the best membrane for a flat roof. This system has a bigger initial investment than traditional roof systems but then you eliminate the life cycle cost of basic asphalt roofs. The blown in insulation is a good investment to help you with your energy costs. I apologize that it was hard to get our project advisor to respond. I will find out more about that because that is not acceptable and not how we have built our reputation for good service. I hope you have a good experience with the contractor you chose."
