Jacob did a good job on the roof and he fixed everything and I’m very satisfied. In fact a few months later I had another leak I thought was related to what he fixed, this time he sealed it for free. Even though it wasn’t his fault

Jacob did a great job sealing my vents. He did exactly what I wanted him to do. He was very friendly. He did a thorough job. He showed me photos of the previous seals and photos after he completed the job. He added additional layers of the sealant to ensure a good long lasting seal. The cost was reasonable. I would definitely use R and R Roofing again.

Was the first contractor on the list to schedule an appointment. However, they have fallen off the face of the planet since. Promised an email proposal within a couple of days. It has been 1 1/2 weeks and can't get them to respond to either text messages, voicemails or emails via their website.

During that time, we were having technical difficulties accessing our Customer Database (CRM) system, which really slowed us down. We worked really hard to get it back up. By the time everything was up and running, we decided to prioritize on active projects first and work with estimate as they reach out. Your rep did mention you reached out many times and he was saddened to not be able to help again due to CRM issues.
