"I own a two bedroom two bath condo in south Palm Springs that was in need of extensive repairs before being put on the market to be sold. Repairs included resurfacing and restaining kitchen cabinets, tile flooring repair, drywall repair and painting throughout. I was put in contact with VIP Construction Services via referral. The owner of VIP, Valentin Pop came to my home to assess the work that was needed and a few days later provided a thorough work estimate of the entire job. Valentin is a very pleasant young family man, I found him to be professional, conscientious, well spoken and easy to communicate with. He said that he had been working with the same crew for 10+ years, which was evident in the way they all worked together. While VIP was not the lowest bid we received, I was extremely happy with their work, and I believe the old adage, "you get what you pay for" definitely applies here.
