Although not the cheapest, they certainly offered the most VALUE!! The installers were punctual and tidy, the product was top of the line and when there was a small imperfection on one of the countertops (that I actually didn't even catch) the job foreman notified me of the problem and they replaced the entire countertop.

We had previously had a bad installation with another flooring company and were fearful of having a repeat of our past experience, but from start to finish Flooring Innovations in Palm Desert was wonderful. Everything went according to plan and the time schedule. The installers were on time, efficient and cleaned up all areas. They moved furniture and boxes and helped to reattach wall anchors to bookcases. David our salesman was helpful, knowledgeable and explained all steps to us as they happened. We are very pleased with Flooring Innovations and would hire them again whenever the need arises.

Store has wonderful selection of carpets, sales people are knowledgeable and helpful. A professional from the store came to measure the rooms and prepared an estimate for the cost of the installation. The store was extremely accommodating, by allowing us to postpone the job for several months. Installation was done well, but there was no final inspection from someone to make sure all was completed OK. I had to deal directly with the installers, contracted individuals, to correct several unfinished details.

Overall very well. They did forget to order carpeting for one guest bedroom, but quickly took care of it at no charge. The tile work was extensive and their tile team did an outstanding job! Communication between the various divisions was not always seamless and we had a couple of things not go as planned initially, however they they did a nice job of recovery and all work was completed per plan.

There we are few ipunch list items which were resolved. One issue involved the installation of Marmoleum. We had the manufacturer inspect the job who agreed with [member name removed]'s comment above regarding the quality of the installation - that it was without fault. I was under a time crunch with an impending home sale. I needed new carpet installed before an open house. They provided excellent carpet that was in stock and available for installation the next day~ WOW ~ they saved me. Thanks would and will recommend this company over and over for your desert floor needs.

the flooring looks great. We're very happy with it. I can't believe we waited this long to remove our old carpeting. the installers were courteous and professional. Ben, the salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable. Overall the whole experience was great. The only negative thing about this was we thought it will be all done in 2 days as we were told but it took 4 days. Other than that, I recommend Flooring Innovations

Overall service was good, however the initial contact and negotiations were not satisfactory. We had called several places to get competitive bids and this provider would not give us a price. We had to argue back and forth with them to finally get them to give us a price. They did not want people going out and getting competitive bids on a project. We found this strange as it seemed to indicate that they might be too high priced. In the end, we did use them, and they were a little higher priced than other providers. When we went to the actual provider location to choose the carpet color (which the salesman had shown us was available), we were told, "oops, this just sold and we were offered a different type of carpeting in a different color than we originally chose. We felt this was a bait and switch. Because we live out of town and had to take time to travel to this location to choose our carpet, we decided to go with them so as to not have to take more time to travel to other places to start all over again. Because of this, we would not use this company again.

Arrived on time, went to work quietly and efficiently, they placed protection for all the flooring and carpet and then went to work, took most of a day two men working. a couple more men arrived later in afternoon and they completed the work. It looks great. it cost a little more than I expected. But I am pleased with the overall work.

- Great experience from start to finish. At the showroom, Mark spent TONS of time answering our MANY questions and showing us tons of alternatives for our price range, etc.
- They called day before install.
- Installers were PROMPT, courteous, well-dressed (wore Flooring Innovations uniforms) and had CRAZY carpet install skills.
- Moved all furniture back in after install, took old carpet away - couldn't be happier.
- Wish the price had been a bit lower, but I'm super-happy.

The sales person in the La Quinta showroom was very helpful. We placed our order on Saturday and installation was completed the following Thursday and Friday. The installers were very professional. I would highly recommend Flooring Innovations.

The workmanship was beautiful and they did a really nice job fitting everything and getting everything in. The only problem was their punctuality. They didn't start when they were supposed to and there were a few things that they were supposed to do and they didn't show up. Other than their punctuality, they were great. The price didn't seem out of line but I'm not sure. We would probably use them again despite everything. Overall they did good work; they were just a little frustrating.

The only problem we encountered was a mix-up on the installation date. However, once we set a new date, the installation began on time and was finished on time. This installation required removing and reinstalling, a refrigerator, ice machine, dishwasher and wine cooler. The crew also had to remove the old floor and remove a layer of glue. The overall job was done very processionally and the guys made sure they cleaned-up as they went along. This kinds of jobs can be very messy, but this crew was extremely conscientious. We were amazed at the quality of the workmanship of the installation of the new floor. All-in-all we are very impressed with this company. If we need flooring needs again, we will definitely use this company.
