The only problems were the dust in the bathrooms from scraping the linoleum off the concrete slab, and the fact that the workers did not install the luan sub-flooring before the tiles. I also did not negotiate to paint the exterior window frames which would have been easy to do at the time of installation. Because it is a second story unit I had to pay someone to do this after the windows were installed. But besides that it was a good experience and was done without issues and it was on time. Their price was competitive. The folks who did the work and the estimates were friendly and professional and the quality of work was excellent."
