"Edgar and his dad responded to my query online very quickly. We talked about poisoned oak that was originating from my HOA area, but into my small garden plantings and patio. Given I am allergic, I needed help ASAP vs waiting for a very slow HOA (there had been no action after 7 days). We agreed for them to swing by early evening after a full day of yard work, and either they could make a recommend and come back, or take care of then.
