He came to the property that same day and had excellent advice and guidance on what needed to be done, in a couple of cases versus what I thought needed to be done. Within a couple of days, Kevin and his crew of three experienced trimmers were out to my house. Umberto has 26 years with JTC! His brother Horacio "only" 18 years and Jesus was the "rookie" with 13 years. Once instructed, they worked the latter half of one day and were back early the next morning for another 3 1/2 hours. When I had to advise or request something, Umberto always listened carefully and was engaging and responsive. (Communication quality is a thing with me.) They did great work and the clean up and foliage chipping was miraculous. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. These guys are the real deal."
