He gave the wrong instructions to his team. I overheard this and again corrected him. Rules of my complex is that you can't have workers after 5 on the premises. He demanded his money after partially doing the job incorrectly actually making the problem worse. I was alone as both my neighbors were gone so I paid him. He promised to come back in 2 weeks. It has now been 6 weeks and I have called twice to chase him down to finish properly. I just gave up. I have been ripped off. Don't use him."

How often you should maintain your yard depends on your climate and what season it is. A general rule of thumb is to maintain a lawn height of three inches.

In general, cool-season grasses such as fescue grass, ryegrass, and Kentucky bluegrass are best for creating a striped lawn. Both zoysia grass and bermuda grass are somewhat similar to St. Augustine because they’re all warm-season grasses. Beyond that, most grass types have unique properties that set them apart. Zoysia grass costs twice the price of St. Augustine grass on average and it has thinner blades and a deeper green appearance. Bermuda grass, compared to St. Augustine, has much thinner blades, is softer to the touch, and has a higher tolerance for colder weather.
