- Select Home WarrantyIt has not gone well at all.I called because a part of my electrical panel is not working which means in some areas of the home there is no electricity and no internet services. I am a real estate agent and I need my computer, fax, and printer, it would also be nice to watch television, use my phone, and hear the doorbell ring. For 4 days I have been calling asking for assistance. I have been told dispatch would call back with an update. That has not happened. Finally, an electric company sent me a text message saying they would be out on the 26th, which is 9 days from the date of the call. I called back and asked to contact another company, I was told they could not do that, then I was finally told they had no other company to call. I asked to speak with a supervisor who was supposedly in a meeting and would call back. Three days later and I am still waiting, I called and waited on hold for over 1 hour for a supervisor and was disconnected. I called back and was told no supervisor was available. Is this how you treat your customers? I still have not gotten any service
- Fidelity National TitleI've used them for over 25 years. They are always polite. They always follow through. I deal with Mike and he is really professional.
- Square Trade IncI called them, they sent me a a shipping label for my old GPS and a check. (It was most definitely not working- wouldn't even turn on)
- FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE COWHEN I CALL FIDELITY, THEY WERE VERY QUICK WITH THEIR RESPONSE. THEY WENT AND SET UP THE APPOINTMENT FOR NEXT DAY. I WILL RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO PEOPLE I KNOW. THEY ARE VERY QUICK TO RESPOND.
- FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE COTHEIR SERVICE IS VERY GOOD AND THEY ARE VERY QUICK TO SEND OUT WHAT WE NEED TO REPLACE. THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES ARE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND SUPPORTIVE, EVEN GIVING US ADVICE ABOUT HOW TO MAINTAIN OUR HOME.
- Fidelity National Home WarrantyWhen we called Fidelity, we explained our problem with our AC and they quickly set up a time for us to have someone come out to fix the problem. It took only a few minutes and they were kind and courteous. The cost listed above was for our co-pay on our plan.
- THERESA "Terri" SIMES INSURANCE - Farmer's AgencyI would recommend them to others. My agent has been really good. An agent was scheduled to come out but could not as he got injured and as such they had to move the date. They told me it would be two weeks before they could come out and look at the damage and said they were doing everything they could to find an agent to come out. The new agent called and told me that he had rearranged his schedule and that he would not leave anybody waiting for two weeks. He came out two days after the previous agent was scheduled to be at my place and as such I waited for only four days which was very nice. They have a center called help point which helps me and they were very professional. They called me within twenty minutes to tell me about the agent being injured and not being able to come out. They agent who came out was excellent and went through my house very nicely. He had no trouble writing my television and two speakers which was wet into the insurance report right away. He did not give me any grief at all. He told me how everything was going to work and then printed it out through a portable printer he had. He did this step by step and told me what I should expect which was really good. I am so happy with them and would use them again in the future
- Old Republic Home WarrantyWe are not using them any more, it was part of a deal when we bought the house. We used them a number of years and then found out they were not using the best companies. The ones they were sending were duds, so we decided the money we were paying for the warranty we would just set aside. Even though they did not use the best companies they were very good to work with, reliable, and we could call them anytime. They were pricey to use. We like to have more of a say of the companies we have over here
- FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE COEVERY TIME I HAD A PROBLEM I JUST CALLED THE 800 NUMBER AND THEY TOOK CARE OF THE SCHEDULING AND THE PROBLEM. IT WAS REALLY HASSLE FREE AND I APPRECIATE THAT.
- Fidelity National Home WarrantyTo my experience they are much better than another home warranty company that I have used. They have been really good. It looks as if there are only certain areas that they cover. I believe the price is based upon where the customer lives. When I have a problem (such as plumbing or electrical), they charge something like $50 to come out to solve the problem. Usually that is all unless there is something else that is going on that is not covered under the contract. Recently, my washing machine went out, and the guy that came out charged $50 to look at it and say, it would be very expensive to fix and he would call Fidelity. Fidelity said that it was too expensive to repair and it would be cheaper to buy a new one, so they gave us an amount to work with. They have contractors working for them. They also have a deal with a department store, so that allowed us to pick out our washing machine from a commercial we had seen. They installed the washing machine and that was it. We did end up paying $150 for the washing machine but that was our choice

"Nas from Metropolitan was sent to offer a second opinion on why my AC was not cooling. When he took the cover off, he asked what the first person had concluded. I told him that he said that the damage was due to the sprinkler but I did not believe that considering the fact that the area was not wet and there were even cobweb inside the box. He looked me straight in the eye and said, "You are right." He went to his truck, came back with some special wire, a dual run capacitor and the hard start capacitor. He certainly knew his way around, pulling out burn wires, connecting this here and that there. He checked the compressor and had cold air coming in within an hour. Tremendous job by a really knowledgeable, highly experienced individual.

"<p>I did not find them on Angie's List. They did a good job. They are not local; they are out of San Francisco California, but they had people walking through the street. There was no charge to me directly. I guess it is like any other program. There is a monthly lease charge and no out of pocket expense. They did a lot of panels, too. One issue I had was waiting for the town to come in an approve the work that was done. I can't say anything was wrong with the quality. When they said they were coming they came. When they didn't respond I could tell you no to punctuality. I would recommend. </p>

"I saw American Residential Warranty advertised on TV for about the 10th time. I never paid any attention to it before because we had one. I started thinking about it and I looked and I thought I had put that information in my cell phone and I had. They were still advertising and they had a special on top of their normal. Oh my goodness it was such a good deal. It was so much cheaper than anybody else. You are not under a contract for a full year, you can cancel it at anytime. You can use your existing people, like if you have a plumber that you love, you can use him. It was just almost too good to be true. I kept asking her questions. Another good thing was that they cover stuff like garage door openers, which most of them don't. They cover ice makers and refridgerators which most of them don't. I was just bowled over. We haven't used them yet, we just signed up with them. By purchasing a full year we got 2 free months. And we have that option for the rest of our lives, to have it at the price we purchased originally and if we pay yearly we get the 2 free months from now on. That is almost unbelievable. I will let you know if I have any problems with them but right now I am very happy with them. If we cancel we get the prorated amount back. There was nothing that scared us about going ahead an using them. Just dealing with them on the phone, the woman was very knowledgeable, she answered all of my questions. I talked to her off and on for about 4 days. I would say, well, my husband wanted me to ask about this and my husband wanted me to ask about that. She knew, she didn't have to go ask somebody. They seemed to have their act together.

"They were very professional, helpful and responsive in answering questions and giving us a quote. In the end, we decided not to repair the countertop and sink but replace it entirely. as the previous owner installed it and it no longer fit our decor. Even though we didn't use them to make the repairs, we were very impressed with their customer service.
