The heater is on the roof of our house and there was a pipe that needed replaced. One of the repairmen said he had never seen a unit like that before. They came out twice to fix the problem but I still feel like it is not fixed properly.

I called to add roof coverage within the first 30 days of the policy (as per the rules). I was told it was available only if a home is less than one year old. I told them my house was built in 1937 so they said roof coverage was not available. It turns out roof coverage was available and I should have been allowed to add it to my policy. Guess what? I discovered a leak 35 days into the policy with no coverage. Kim, the supervisor, said as a "courtesy" I could now add the coverage but the claim would be excluded. My loss your lesson. My advice...shop elsewhere.
