Our cabinets are well made, but the doors and drawers were showing wear and tear, so we were looking for a vendor who could provide and install new painted cabinet doors and drawer fronts. Claude is always prompt in responding to inquiries, provides timely quotes and updates. Claude is a perfectionist, and his work is top notch. He outsources the actual door/drawer manufacturing and that work was excellent. Work was done over several days, and doors are now installed, nicely aligned, and a huge improvement over that was originally installed. The custom paint job was done to perfection. He will be returning to do a second set of cabinets in one of our bathrooms, so yes, we would rehire! "Kaveh and his crew had done a polished concrete floor in our kitchen and we asked him about our backyard. While a complete demo and repour was out of our budget, Kaveh suggested a face lift by fixing cracks, painting over so cracks would not show, and fixing bricks. "I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."
