Our cabinets are well made, but the doors and drawers were showing wear and tear, so we were looking for a vendor who could provide and install new painted cabinet doors and drawer fronts. Claude is always prompt in responding to inquiries, provides timely quotes and updates. Claude is a perfectionist, and his work is top notch. He outsources the actual door/drawer manufacturing and that work was excellent. Work was done over several days, and doors are now installed, nicely aligned, and a huge improvement over that was originally installed. The custom paint job was done to perfection. He will be returning to do a second set of cabinets in one of our bathrooms, so yes, we would rehire! "I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

The crew was hard working and showed up every day on time. They were pleasant to deal with and made the project a pleasure. The end product was amazing. They transformed a dirty old tile floor into a polish concrete floor in the kitchen that transformed the whole room. They also refinished our kitchen cabinets which added to the effect of the room.
