The project manager was easygoing, skilled, honest and perfectionist!! For sure there was no pressure of any kind which caused us to feel very comfortable with him. We decided to remodel our kitchen & the backyard. The work included the installation of artificial turf, plants/flowers while the kitchen was completely updated. "Bought the $58 diagnostic/repair deal from E Appliance.  Set up a date/time.  Office lady was helpful in that when I had to reschedule the date she did so with no problem.  Joseph came out (about 10 minutes after the scheduled window) and gave us an honest diagnostic: our oven is very old (50 years maybe?) and the needed parts are no longer available.  That's all we needed to hear because now we get to have it replaced by our home insurance!  Quick and tidy service.  Thanks!
