"I would like to first apologize on behalf whom ever you originally spoke to years ago and received that false information from. Since we are now under new management, we did in fact request to get your review removed because JCL & Sons HVAC has never worked with you. We believe yelp is in fact reviewing actual services provided and we never did business with you. I would also like to inform you that we DO in fact repair HVAC units as well as new installs - it's actually one of our specialties. Of course, if the unit it older or broken we will recommend a new system install which can actually save you hundreds of dollars on energy bills. If there is something we can do to provide a better way to communicate about our services please let us know. Hope you have a wonderful day!"
