"My Brazilian cherry floors in the family room had lots of staining from pets and needed help. Scotts Maintenance did a great job removing the stains and restoring the floor. It looks great now. I would highly recommend them."

"Initially, the results were not to my satisfaction. I contacted the company immediately and they were very professional, asked a number of questions and made arrangements to have another technician come out the next day. The technician evaluated the stain, discussed the treatments that had already been tried and then explained what he was going to do. He had the stain removed in 15 minutes and the cushion was restored to it's original finish and color. The results were better than I expected given the nature of the fabric."

"We hired McCormick for a bathroom remodel, and the whole process was smooth and professional. Khaled helped us make smart choices on design and materials that worked for both our budget and style. Now, our bathroom feels like a spa every time we step in. I appreciate the quality and attention to detail. These folks definitely know what they?re doing!"

"The guys did a wonderful and professional job and I recommend the company to my friends and family!"

"Mr. Abraham Sanchez and his Team were Timely, Responsive, Thorough, Economical, Flexible, and Communicative. We LOVE the work so well, as they Power-Washed our Facility which had not been treated in quite some time. A few weeks afterward, we contacted them again for some Facility Maintenance Repairs and are extremely satisfied with their Work Ethic, Work Product, and Customer Services. "Shark Bait was an excellent business to work with. Mark was extremely reliable and hard-working. We hadn't cleaned our tile since we bought our house five years ago and he restored it to its original luster which was no easy task. His price was fair and it was easy to schedule and complete the work. We will call on him again!"

"Kris was extremely responsive and came to give me an estimate within 24 hours and scheduled his guys to start a two day job (lots of square footage) within the next couple of days... I am blown away by how gorgeous my floors look! This is not the first time that I have had my stone floors cleaned and polished, and I was pleased with the previous contractor and had planned to use him again, but going forward, this is my "go to" company.... The areas that they have finished were water-stained and had some damage... THEY LOOK LIKE NEW!!!! Considering that some of my high traffic areas were pretty bad, the floors look FABULOUS!!! The workers were extremely professional and I am so appreciative that they were able to fit me in within the week's timeframe that I required. I was having a dinner party this past weekend, and got more than one comment about how great the floors looked. If you are torn about which company to use, I feel confident in saying that you will get quality work done without time wasted with these guys."
