Gerardo was on time. We did a walk around to discuss the job. This specifically included 2 windows to avoid due to possible leaks. He completed the job in a timely manner, was neat and complete. The price I paid was the price quoted. He was friendly and professional. I highly recommend him.

Great work and great price. Painted patio looks like freshly painted after pressure wash and concrete cleaned of dirt and stains from rains. Windows and screens and tracks were cleaned for me after all washing was done. I am having Gerardo return and highly recommend him.
