"The salesman and the workers were all professional and helpful. I had carpet installed in an empty three bedroom house, and vinyl tiles in two bathrooms, so it went pretty smoothly. Everything looks great! The only problems were the dust in the bathrooms from scraping the linoleum off the concrete slab, and the fact that the workers did not install the luan sub-flooring before the tiles. I was quickly refunded the cost of the missing underlayment. I'll hire them again!"

He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. "My Wife & I  went to a local home improvement center to purchase some tiles for both our bathrooms. We found the tile that we wanted and asked a gentleman in the flooring dept. if he had any recommendations for a tile installer. He gave me a business card for Divine Tile & Stone. Being new to the area, my Wife & I were unsure who we should go with or trust. I called the Company and Miguel answered the phone. I explained to him what I needed done. He said no problem and asked if he could come to my house and give me a free estimate. I of course said "Yes". Free is always good. "I was going to do the floors myself but he gave me a great deal that I decided to contract the job instead. Tile removal and lvp install done in 4 days. Great communication too. Speaks good English and did everything I asked for. I told him I wasn’t 100% satisfied with the finished job and he even came back to do some touch ups at no additional charge. "On September 03, 2011, I woke up, only to discover a flooded kitchen, from a leaking faucet under my sink. Out of hysteria, and quick thinking, I picked up the phone, and proceeded to call Forever Wood Construction Emergency Hotline. (916) 676-6610.  Within two rings, I was already speaking to a live representative. "He was really, really good, except that he has a tendency to underestimate the effort, which is fine by me. He was there for three and a half days and his bid was for two days. So it took him a whole lot longer than he expected to do, but he didn't charge me any extra money. He did a great job. He left everything as clean as it could be. Every day when he left, he cleaned up. He was on time every morning and stayed all day. He did exactly what I wanted him to do."
