We've been in business since 1991, providing honest, reliable and competent pool equipment repair and installation. All equipment is sold at wholesale prices with installation built into the sale price.
"My 10 year old pool heater stopped working. I am a retired general contractor and builder of new homes. I have experience with dishonest subcontractors who seemingly only care about making a quick buck. I called other pool repairmen who only wanted to sell me a new heater. I am convinced that they didn't know how to diagnose a problem and repair it, and besides, replacing the whole thing would make them more money. My wife ran across Scott in a google search. I called him, and there was no salesmanship. We scheduled an appointment. He showed up on time, knew the product, diagnosed it, although it was not an easy diagnosis. He had the parts needed with him. He gave me a price, which I felt, based on my homework, was fair. I agreed to the price, and he did a quick repair, which he warranted for one year. I highly recommend him. "

"I was charged $100 non-refundable upfront by my Home Protection Ins. for my home pool service request handled by Archer Pool Care The technician came alright but came out with what I believe is a misdiagnosis on their part hence AHS (American Home Shield) declaring the damage not by wear & tear , therefore CLAIM NOT COVERED. It's so frustrating to have this inaccurate findings by Archer despite me pointing out to the technician that the flimsy plastic seals that water can get through to the digital board inside could have damaged it. Normal use of the control buttons protected by these plastic seals is definitely WEAR & TEAR which Archer grossly ignored & did not reevaluate. I wish contractors avoid guesswork & reassess their findings & not jump to hasty decisions. Home Protection Insurance companies should as well thoroughly screen contractors they hire to protect consumers who oftentimes get the shorter end of the stick."
