"OMG!!! Best. Experience. Ever. Noe and his team are amazing and very BEST in business. Noe is a true Pool Master with an incredible experience. The Man knows EVERYTHING there is to know about pools/spa/decks/pluming/whatever...He helped me so much with design and layout. My pool and spa were built 70 years ago, and both had issues on top of being plainly cracked, leaky, old, and ugly. The spa was covered for the last 5 years and was literally brown inside with holes and broken jets. They went above and beyond any call of duty to bring my pool and spa up to speed for 2021! I took a chance on fiberglass and I'm soooo happy that I did! Everything looks brand spanking new, clean, and gorgeous!!! Fiberglass feels amazing! I'm a perfectionist and a professional designer, in other words – OCD-picky-control freak with high expectations :))) and I'm blown away, all expectations exceeded! "I contacted them for a quote and they called me within 10 minutes. Explained what they would do and the cost. (I also had two other quotes, 1 company was a little more expensive, the other quoted long distance rate). We set the date and they explained the cancellation policy. They called the day before the move to re-confirm the time and asked if I had any questions. The next morning two young men, Jason and Serge, arrived on time. They were prompt, professional, hard workers and had a great sense of humor. We walked through the house so they would understand what was being moved. And then they started. They worked fast but were very careful in wrapping and organizing everything. Once loaded, we headed to the new place. Several items needed to be moved out to go to another location which they did very quickly. Then everything was unloaded, we headed to a second location to drop off items and pick one up to return to the condo. Everything was moved without a dent, nick, chip or any breakage. They arranged furniture for me and put together things they had taken apart. They did the complete job in just 5 hours. I would absolutely hire this company again. I was very pleased with them."
