Ron knew within 30 seconds what the problem was. The repair required Ron to get helpers to lift the oven once the part came in, so it took a few days, but it was not an inconvenience. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat.

They do not give a free estimate and charge $45.00. They do not subtract the $45.00 from the repair costs if you hire them.

I called Ray's Appliance Repair around 10:00 am. The repairman was in my driveway at 12:00 and finished the repair in under half an hour. Very professional. Reasonable rates (I don't have another point of reference). Quiet dryer. Happy wife. Very satisfied.

They contacted us as soon as we submitted the request, scheduled a day and provided an estimate of costs/time. Arrived on time, very professional and clean, took care of the appliance and even asked if we wanted a short term fix (less cost) or long term fix (a little bit more). We picked the longer term fix, he took care of it and done! Very happy with the service and highly, highly recommend. Will definitely use again and recommend to all our friends!

Ray responded quickly to my call and answered my questions. Do to the fact that some companies no longer make things the way they used to; I have to wait and see how long our dryer will perform.

We had an emergency refrigerator repair on a weekend and I had scheduled an appointment with Ray's for Monday morning because that was the soonest they could come. Meanwhile, San Diego Appliance was able to come right away so they showed up Saturday evening - turns out, they had to order the part and it would be Tuesday before the repair would be done. Ray's came on Monday morning, had the part on the truck, and fixed it right away -- for almost half the price! Kind of felt taken by San Diego Appliance even though I was grateful they came right out. We will use Ray's in the future.

I had 3 estimates, 2 of the companies told me to get rid of my 3 year old washing machine. Ray was able to repair it, and it works great!

Fast, friendly service. You need to decide before hand if it's better to purchase new instead of repairing the "old".
