From initial free estimate to the final day of work they stayed in contact and worked with us as we had a changing schedule due to other remodeling work being done. They were very flexible and did a great job, including doing more than original scoped after giving me an estimate that I felt was very fair. Always answered our questions and explained all of the work to be done. Didnâ t mind me taking pictures and monitoring the work being done. Easy to work with. Recommend them for any attic insulation work.

They kept in contact by phone and email. Celso crawled all over my attic, fixed the vent screens, used the sunlight to plug up gaps in the roof so animals can't get in, and explained every step he was doing. While up on the ladder, he also checked my smoke detector! Nice people.

When Celso A. came to my house for an estimate I was very impressed by his professionalism! Got up in the attic to scope out the work involved, then explained everything the job would entail. They, then. sent me (email) with a couple videos to show how the actual job is done! Very interesting and informative! When they were finished Celso had taken lots of pictures to show what was happening in the attic. I also received a certificate of completion! I would highly recommend CAV, Insulation Inc.

The C.A.V. team came at 8:30 am and were finished by noon. A very efficient process and the difference inside the home is remarkable. No more hot days with the air conditioner going full bore while the temperature in the house increases in the afternoon hours. 79, 80, 81, 82 degrees. I set the thermostat at 78 and it stays there no matter how hot it is outside. My home was built in 1950 and now with the blown in insulation it feels brand new inside.

Excellent prep and install. We hired CAV insulation, inc. for three jobs using foam insulation. If we had questions or concerns, they handled quickly and efficiently. Oh, yeah, excellent customer service.

The C.A.V. team was extremely professional, efficient, and friendly. Biancy was extraordinarily attentive inside my home while insulation was being blown-in from the exterior. She monitored every section to watch for dust seeping in and was ready to patch any gap to keep my home clean. The team spent a great deal of time cleaning up both inside and outside my home - you'd never know they were here! Celso is a true pro and clearly knows his stuff. He came prepared for any possible issue that might arise during the insulating of my 1960's home - even arming his team with the ability to patch a split in one of my interior walls that arose during the process. They responded to the issue promptly and thoroughly, fixing the wall split to the point that I can literally just add some spray texture and paint. Their customer service, attention to detail, respect for me and my home were outstanding. I would highly recommend working with this family business for your insulation needs!
