Very messy project. Just be prepared. While inside my house plastic and tarps covered everything. And place was clean after work done. I have 2 attics. The other is on the garage. I didnâ t think that I should have asked for tarps to cover the stuff in my garage. There is fine particulate matter everywhere! Will take me a long time to return to normal. Not their fault but mine. Showed up on time, worked hard, insisted I climb in attic to see what they had done. My house and the lawn â stagingâ area was immaculate after they left. Highly recommend them.

Our attic also has obstacles and tight spaces but I climbed up after the removal of the old cellulose and found it bare as should be. We had a kitchen vent that not been working properly and they repaired it for us. Job completed in just under 10 hours as expected. Every detail on the bid was completed. Cleaned up very well. Definitely recommend them.

These guys are great. They came in with a pro team and finished the job in one day, as promised, despite it taking longer than they anticipated. They stuck to their word and did great work! Very pleased with the level of service they provide.

Umar and El rocks!! I met 15 people for quotes and I picked them because of their honesty and competitive pricing. My house was infested by rays and mouse. We can hear them scratching at nightime from the corners of several rooms. At first we thought it was racoons but after several quotes, pics and videos, we saw the rats and their droppings everywhere! Our biggest problem was the rodent proofing, but then we found out our fiberglass insulation was only one ir two inches instead of the standard 12 inch for comfort. Another problem was the attic opening was from my bedroom and they creatively suggest to create a door from the garage attic with latch and seal my private room entrance. There were many holes on the light gap so they help to put light caps and closed the big gap on my furnace area to save energy. They use foam and mesh wire. It took them 9 hours and what impressed me was that they don't take short cut in blowing the loose cellulose insulation into 12 inch. They told us they were coming back the next day to get more cellulose supply. I really appreciate their hardwork, professionalism, and honesty. El even helped me to fit my furnace filter which I really appreciate! The cellulose has limited lifetime warranty and 5 years warranty for the rodent proofing. We went up to the attic for inspection and was impressed at how clean and nice smell our attic is now! They really make sure we're happy and satisfied and to call them anytime if we have any problem. Very pleased working with Attic professional Umar came to my house to give me an estimate, and of the three companies who gave me estimates, Mark was able to explain clearly everything that needed to be done, AND the only one who actually crawled all the way into my crawl space and saw that my wooden beams were not standard size. The other companies did not catch that detail. Attic professionalworkers showed up on time. They were professional, polite and worked very hard to do everything that was required. They cleaned up after themselves in such a way that one would never guess work had been done today. PLUS it's a one-year warranty. Thank you! Definitely will recommend to all my friends and neighbors in the area.

They did what they said they will do and more. They have passion with what they do so the end result is excellent and leave the place as clean as when they started even better. Overall great service and hassle free. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. We heard some noise from our attic and called Attic Professionals El came over to check out the situation and gave us an estimate. His estimate was lower than the estimate we got from the main competitor in this area. The whole process was very straight forward and easy - once you agree to let them do it, you set a date, and they come over and do the whole thing in one day. On the day of the appointment, three guys arrived in the morning. They removed all the insulation, did a check around the house, patched up any holes they found in the attic and around the house, and put new insulation into the attic. They were done by mid afternoon. They kept the house clean during the entire process; covering the floors, wearing suits, and protecting my stairs. They use this big vacuum that goes through your house so none of the insulation being removed ever gets exposed in your living space. In addition, there is a 1 yr warranty in case we hear any noise from the attic again or they didn't cover something up. The workers were courteous and professional.

We hired his business to replace the insulation in our attic after I took care of a rat issue. We needed all the insulation and droppings removed, cleanse, and replace. Attic Professional crew were diligent with making sure the interior of our home was protected covering the walls and floors to remove the old insulation and did a great job installing the new insulation.
