"I called Crieg looking for someone to help get a rental in top shape so I could sell. He was responsive and very accomodating. He approached things methodically and had attention to detail, I had quite a laundry list of things to get done from as simple as chalking 2 skylights of which one leaked causing damage to the interior ceiling requireing the drywall replacement. Crieg was versatile and was able to handle anything I threw at him. I kept him busy for about 50 hrs and it was money well spent.
