"I was not surprised to read and see that Landmark construction energy crew have such an excellent reputation online, as I would also recommend them and their jobs. We hired them to paint the exterior and interior of our house few months ago and they did a remarkable job. The job went on without any problem or issues even though we were not at the house part of the time due to a trip that we went on. The quality of the work that they did get into a minor delay and it took longer than expected, but it was not because of their fault. Before we hired Landmark construction energy crew, we had other contractors in at the same time and they were getting in each other’s way. When the paint project was completed, we were very satisfied with the final results. Our house looks brand new now and we can't say enough good things about how beautiful it came out. Charlie was the nicest and lovely man during the project and he was very in-depth, extremely detail oriented and he didn’t cut corners in any way. Charlie with his workers went above and beyond on our job to make us pleased and we felt like they treated our house as if it was his own. Charlie took pride in the job that they were doing and the final work can show that very clear. It’s sad to mention but those days, it’s very hard to find workers like that anymore. We also were very pleased with Jose (the main painter that ran the show when Charlie was not around). Joe stayed in close contact with Charlie and us as the job developed. The pricing for this whole work was very fair and they were willing to work around our though schedule. David and his team showed up on time and they were great from first day to end of this project. David was knowledgeable, honest and helpful. "We purchased the unlimited consultation package. Amanda is very friendly and professional. We struggled because we were looking for someone to consult with out of the box ideas. Once she understood our vision she could move forward, but innovation was not her strength. We paid an additional amount for drawings. These were detailed, and while not all changes were made as requested, we were able to get some value from them. In hindsight, I would not pay $99 for drawings. Any cabinet retailer will do these for you for free, which I did not know until afterwards. The company wants you to spend time telling them about your style, which ours is Country French. The first cabinet rendition we received was black expresso. We did a complete kitchen tear out so this may work fine for smaller jobs or if you have done this before. It just didn't work for us with distance and what we needed. I was able to find someone locally that sold the cabinets we wanted and she was a wealth of information and things moved much faster. Good luck to HMD. It's a good idea and the person we dealt with we liked personally."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
