We are a small, licensed and bonded company with two employees. I have 17 years of experience in painting and all it entails. The way we bill is by asking for 10% down, this will be used for the purchase of materials and start of labor. The remaining balance will be due at time of completion. In addition, we are willing to work as sub-contractor. This company offers discounts to seniors.

"José was very pleasant. His work has a lot to be desired. In the hall paint was on the trim of all of my wood cabinets! The trim around the doors and floor is totally unacceptable it looks like it was put on with a putty knife. Paint is on the floors. He said I could get the paint up with a steam mop! Was not aware that was my job! I approached him about the problem, he told me it was not his fault! Said the trim was damaged, which it absolutely was not! I have many photos to support my complaint . Would never ever recommend this company for anything!"

You should paint your home exterior every five to 10 years, on average. Climate and surroundings can affect how well paint holds up. Wood siding will likely need a fresh coat of paint every three to seven years. Paint on brick tends to last about eight to 17 years, on average.
Calculate the square footage of the area you want to paint. Divide the square footage by 350 (the average square footage a gallon of paint covers). Multiply the number of gallons you need by two, as you’ll likely be applying two coats of paint. For a more accurate estimate, subtract the square footage of the windows and doors from the initial square footage total. It’s a good idea to plan for an extra gallon of paint to make sure you have enough to finish the job.
