David and his team showed up on time and they were great from first day to end of this project. David was knowledgeable, honest and helpful. "They did a good job. She had to submit like a photo but my daughter had them work on the central are of the loft. The deal was for one room. She got a lot of good ideal from her and it was worth it for her. They were professional and I did not hear anything negative."

"All demo work went well. Everything was scheduled and went mostly as planned. I had other contractors working during the time Efrain and his crew were there and Efrain was very accommodating. With jobs this size things will never be perfect or go as planned but Efrain is knowledgeable, responsive, and worked to ensure we were happy with our remodel and worked hard to meet our timeline. Efrain quotes a fair price and follows through with what he says he will do. He is experienced, a good listener, and provides solutions to almost any problem put in front of him.
