The person who came and put the fence up did a good job, just a few points here and there that needed to be revisited. My main grievance was with the project managers. The first manager just took forever to actually get anything scheduled - he kept rescheduling or leaving me hanging on what the next step was. The second manager who took over, because the first manager was no longer with the company, also provided little communication. I had to call frequently to get any answers because he, or anyone from his team, rarely called me. Overall, the fence is not bad, but having to wait over 6 weeks when the original projection was around 2 weeks was just frustrating, especially when you are having to get the updates yourself.

They don't monitor there contractors work. Contractor didn't finish job and used a lot of warped and cracked panels. Also used staple instead of nails. They later sent out there maintenance man to complete project and replace some panels. I still have warped and cracked panels. And though I was going to use them for the dividing fence and fence on second property I have decided to go with another company

DO NOT HIRE IF YOU ARE IN THE FRESNO AREA. Where do I begin with this crap. I was told a week prior to my installation date that there would be a crew arriving between 8-10am. I took the day off to be here which I do not get paid for, just to find out no one is showing up. But here is the kicker. I texted my project manager Alberto at 8am telling him his crew can park in my driveway and he replies thanks! A quarter past ten no one has shown up so I call Alberto and he has no idea what is going on. Come to find out the installers already decided they were not coming day of installation because they just painted my fence the night before. We are here 4 hours later and 6 phone calls with zero call backs to find out what the hell is going on. 100 percent unprofessional and unacceptable. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY IN THE FRESNO AREA and if you deal with Socrates, ask for someone different.

Terribly disappointed in follow through of this company. Made appointment took two weeks to schedule, just needed pics for an estimate. They did not take any pics because no one was home. Inside person knew there were renters, gates were left opened. Because he could not talk to them he left without taking any pics! Straight forward replacement front and back fence. Now another 2 weeks before they can come back! We are in the construction business ourselves, our employees are trained to find solutions for these kind of simple things. This one was a no Brainer! Simply take the pics! I am so disappointed. I will not use this app again

We had a cinderblock fence that was falling over replaced. We needed demo done and a new wooden fence put back up. The first project manager dropped the ball and did not contact us in a timely manner and when we got Mathew as our project manager things got rolling. There was a little miscommunication which we take partial responsibility and Mathew took great care of use. This was the very first time we had anyone help us with home improvements so we were so please about the customer service Mathew provided. Roy came out and did a stellar job on our fence and we would not hesitate to go with Ergeon again for our future home improvement needs. Big Thanks to Mathew and Roy!
