The Katz Design & Builders construction company's completed work was high quality, awesome had ambiance, and was beautiful. The contractor Val and all sub-contractors were professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Their work was immaculate and passed all inspections by the city of Cerritos, California. The sub-contractors were always ready to work by 7:00 am. They worked full days, or until the job was completed, and left everything clean and in order. My floors, stairs, and furniture were covered before they started to work. The contractor allowed me to select the materials and paint of my choice. The office manager informed me by email, phone, and text of all appointments, prior to the contractor, sub-contractors, and inspector visits. She was always positive, pleasant, and polite. When I am ready to do more construction in my home, Katz Design & Builders Inc. will be my #1 choice."
