Great! David is very knowledgeable. He has saved us so much money by letting us know exactly what the property is like before purchase. Sadly we were buying a property that looked great but after David's inspection of the plumbing, electrical, foundation and attic structure we are walking away. Too many houses look nice, have fresh paint and great curb appeal but they are money pits with leaking plumbing, old, dangerous electrical, water in the foundation. David has saved us. Thanks David.

I am extraordinarily impressed with David's inspection.  He went through all the standard inspection report items with great attention and documented what he found in detail as well as in a summary format.  He showed me useful things like the location of the sewer cleanout, the gas shutoff valve, and the like.  When I expressed some concern about drainage, David made it a point of finding and checking the various drains and the location where drains empty from the property.  In addition to being personable, he is clearly very knowledgeable about all the systems in a home, and is articulate in answering my sometimes half-baked questions.  Overall, I felt that he provided a fair and comprehensive evaluation.  The inspection took a full 3 hours on a 3/2 single- story house, just over 1400 sq ft.
