"Our outdoor barbeque/kitchen in the pool area was just done by Best Builders Group who was referred to us by a co-worker who hired them for his last remodeling project at his house and he was very happy with everything they did. Our remodeling project was a large scale remodeling project to our opinion BUT to Best Builders Group it was a normal size project and they provided all the required attention to detail and great working capabilities. We had some concerns on the plumbing & electrical but Zohar took care of all of them in a very professional manner. Part of the work was to build a custom fire pit and Zohar was always nice enough to do whatever we asked. All the workers on the other hand… always made sure to clean up & they never left the house without the cleaning task. The installations was done perfectly, professionally, clean and with perfection. This remodeling project came out to be such a wonderful entertaining spot of the house and I strongly recommend them."

"Joe and the team at SES builders were very skilled cabinet makers with attention to all the small and big details that are required in any remodeling project. We hired them for our high end large scale remodeling project at our house. We are really in love with how this remodeling came out and mainly by working with the SES builder’s team because they were always open to our thoughts, ideas and they were easy to ‘collect’ all of them and to convert them into reality. The completed remodeling project is exceptional and it was completed on the same day that was promised to us by Joe. During the work, we definitely developed a fully trust with Joe and we enjoyed having him and the team at our house. "We hired Sam and his professional team to remodel our master bathroom, guest bathroom, remove some lighting and to install recessed lights in the kitchen. We are very pleased with the work they did! All the bathrooms are gorgeous and the recessed lights are perfect. Sam and the crew worked at the house every day until the remodeling was completed. They worked very professionally and efficient. Definitely perfect craftsmanship. Sam was also easy person to work and talk with, very comit man to all of our requests. We’ve absolutely found our contractor!"

"It was over a holiday weekend (labor day) so I think that made it take longer than estimated.  3 days to a week estimate, but took almost 2 weeks. 
Cost - the actual install cost $300 less than estimated but the project ended up costing $2000 more than estimated because it failed inspection.  Install was in a garage so the inspector cited fire code violations.  For example, we had to install a fire proof door to the crawlspace, and replace all the PVC pipes going through the garage with cast iron.  I don't know if they should have known these things would be a problem and included it in the estimate.  They had assured me before the inspection that "they only review the HVAC work" but it turns out I ended up spending a lot of money bringing a 1962 house up to code.  They did fix the things related to HVAC cited in inspection without charging extra. 
I did give an A review because overall they were very responsive and seemed to do a good job. They did some extra things like put in clothes dryer vent to the outside.  I wasn't in a hurry so the extra week didn't bother me.  The extra $2000 to bring the house to fire code bothered me, but I'm not sure that could be avoided with any contractor.

"I called for service early in the morning and they were able to come out the same day. I was given a three hour window and they came with one minute to go, which didn't matter on this particular day as I was home with a sick child. They explained which part had burned out, the technician had it in his truck and was able to complete the repair immediately. Other companies I have used in the past have always had to order parts. I was very pleased and would definitely use them again."

"After searching online and interviewing a few contractors we found just do it builders on Angies list. From the beginning we had a very good chemistry with Eric the owner. A factor that was really important to us. My husband and I decided to go with him and we were very pleased with the outcome for our project. As Eric promised the remodel took almost 4 weeks. They remodel our kitchen completely with new cabinets, new granite counter top. We also changed the floors to hardwood floor and we also added recessed lights and few outlets in dining area. What I like the most with this company is that every morning we got a phone call from the project manger in the office about the schedule of every day, we knew exactly when the guys are coming to work and we were updated with the stages of the project. Communication was great and helpful for us. The crew kept our house clean as much as they could. They took the trash every end of the day and really made the process easy and comfortable experience as it can be. I will definitely recommend just do it builders to my family and friends. We are thinking to remodel out bathroom soon and I already contact Eric for a quote. Thanks again for such a beautiful work we love our new kitchen!!
