During our walkthrough, we nitpicked small things, but Moshe was already ahead of us, pointing them out himself and immediately bringing in his team to perfect the final touches. He also gave us the “Moshe Guarantee”: if anything comes up in the months or years ahead, just call and he’ll send someone out. That level of pride and accountability is rare. What impressed us just as much was the caliber of his entire team. Every single person Moshe brought onto our property was kind, respectful, and excellent at their craft, from Miguel the electrician to Victor, who built out our wardrobe, hung shutters, and took care of countless details. It was clear that Moshe surrounds himself with true professionals. I truly cannot recommend Moshe and Construction Masters highly enough. They turned a daunting remodel into a smooth, exciting process, and the results exceeded our expectations. "My experience really could not have been better. Tyler worked with me on the selection of an ideal hardwood flooring for my home. Additionally, we did a hand-woven wool carpet on the stairs, and they re-tiled my fireplace. The selection process was educational with zero pressure. Josh and Albert were my installers for the hardwood and tile. They were thorough in everything they did, and worked with me on the nuances of certain areas. They were punctual, communicative, and respectful. Any construction process in your home is going to be stressful, but they made it easy, and they were a pleasure to have around. Arturo installed my carpet, which only took a few hours. He did a great job. These people care about what they're doing and are masters of their craft. I've already referred them to several people and will use them again."

Specific examples from my project: • Electrical work was left incomplete, requiring me to hire a licensed electrician at my own expense to finish it. • Several areas were installed without proper preparation, resulting in chipped slabs, misaligned cuts, unpatched drywall holes, and exposed wiring. • Communication and follow-up became inconsistent, and I often had to chase updates to keep the project moving. • Extended delays caused me to lose months of potential rental income, while I also had to pay for temporary housing.
