Tom showed up on time and diagnosed the problem and then fixed the problem with my mother in law's heater. He completed all work at a fair price. I would recommend his work to anyone who is having a heating issue.

Tom's Heating and Air showed up early for the free estimate, on a Saturday. He figured what was wrong...the 2nd floor AC unit was shot. He made an appointment to return the following Monday at 9a He had to get in line to pick up a replacement unit at 7a - warehouse. Again he showed up about 8:55a got the new unit up and running by 10:20a. It was appreciated because the heat wave hit us, and the repair/replacement was very timely. Excellent work. May not have been quite accurate on the credit charge, (the charge credit companies charge vendors) but that was O.K. by us.. Tom can consider a TIP. Maurice & Susan Kaneshiro Lake Elsinore

He did not have the expertise to fix what he called the RollsRoyce of heating and airconditioning units. But he still charged me $150 for the visit.

Tom was very patient, thorough and quickly earned our trust and confidence. His troubleshooting skills saved us hundreds of dollars in repairs on our old furnace and weâ ll be requesting his support when we do the HVAC equipment replacement project this upcoming spring.
