"A couple of months ago, we had a leak in our tile roof, so we called Alfa Roofing. Eddie came out, looked it over and explained to me why I was having a leak. It had to do with the way 2 sections of my tile roof came together to form a valley. He recommended cutting the tiles that were overlapping in the valley, so that the water would get redirected in the right direction. No one else who had looked at the roof suggested that. It made total sense, so we hired Alfa Roofing. Everything about the way they handled the job was professional. They started and fully completed the job in 2.5 days. I decided to wait until we had some good rain storms before writing this review. Well, we have now had a couple of really good soakers, so I m happy to report that everything so far, looks great. I do not see any leaks in the area that originally had them. I m really glad that I hired Alfa Roofing. Eddie is reasonably priced, fair and professional and I enjoyed working with him."

"Excellent communication from the first meeting to look at the roof, through establishing the contract, scheduling, and completing the work. There was unexpected additional action required at the end of the project and, Rene, the Superintendent, followed up and had that completed ASAP. I also want to comment that the roof replacement was done on my parents' home in S.Calif. I live in the Seattle area. I had hoped to be there during the roof replacement but the timing was such that I could not be. Rene was accessible to me by phone or email if I had questions or was working through details on behalf of my parents. He always responded in a timely manner. Rene also went above and beyond by taking pictures of each stage of the project, emailing them to me with updates. My parents asked me to be on point so much of the communication came to me, yet Rene also kept my parents' updated. Jordan Roofing is professional, timely, and clean up was thorough.
