Despite the initial improper installation of the countertop of another installer, they took care to make sure the countertop did not crack when they removed it and provided a sub top and sub frame (the sub top and sub frame the initial installer failed to provide) to protect the countertop in the reinstallation. We were referred to Back to Perfection and treated to a professional experience process that was well done from start to finish. Our countered has Corian sinks as part of the countertop and they were pitted and wanted them repaired as well as refinishing the entire countertop. We were delighted with the result.
