"The workers were excellent: professional, timely, and quite expert in their work. I want to mention Carlos as the supervisor; Jesse and Santos did just an excellent job with the installation. Despite the initial improper installation of the countertop of another installer, they took care to make sure the countertop did not crack when they removed it and provided a sub top and sub frame (the sub top and sub frame the initial installer failed to provide) to protect the countertop in the reinstallation. I got into contact with Dawn who worked out the logistics of everything and patiently explained what would and would not work. On installation day, Tom worked quickly and efficiently. The countertops were cut and installed within a few hours and he helped us with installing our new kitchen sink and garbage disposal. It has been a few days now and I am still staring at my new kitchen in awe! "We are beyond thrilled with our new countertops-not really new but they sure do look like it! We had 20 year old laminate countertops and needed a reasonable update. Chris and his assistant resurfaced our kitchen and bathroom countertops as well as our island. We picked the color/pattern (he had a lot to choose from). They arrived on time and it took about 4 hours. Most of that time (it seemed) was prepping to ensure minimal mess. They really did do a great job in this area. Since they are actually spraying the material onto the desired surfaces, prep is a must! I found very little left behind. What I did clean was a few doorknobs and a bit on the floor. After a few washes it cleaned up. I did not think this was unreasonable. I was concerned with how durable this would be and in the first few days we definitely babied it . It has then over a month and it has proved to be as durable as our laminate was but much prettier! I was concerned that some areas were smoother than others. Chris assured me that most of this would smooth out over time-I was skeptical. If you are expecting a granite or glass finish on your surfaces, you will be disappointed. Most of this has smoothed out but there are some areas that have not as much. Along the counter edges are the least smooth. For us this hasn't turned out to be a problem. We realized that we were not getting a high-grade countertop but a aesthetically pleasing alternative that fit much better into our budget. Also it does shine and is easy to care for. I use Pledge multi-surface cleaner as recommended. If you walked into my kitchen you definitely would not know that we didn't pay top dollar for expensive countertops. Not only are we pleased with the counters we are definitely pleased with Chris and Franklin Interiors."

Daniel explained clearly what his price included step by step. He explain what I needed to do to get ready for when he would come in to install.
