Jacobs Construction quoted a fair price, which went up a bit when they pulled up the carpet and saw just how bad the floors were. The final cost was far below the other quote. The work was done in just two days, and the floors are beautiful!"

He has been by far the easiest contractor to work with that I have experienced of the three I have worked with. His crew does the work the old fashioned way with care. They rolled the paint on (2coats!!). We are still working through some minor issues, but over all, I highly recommend Richard and 3-D Remodeling Co."
