The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "There were several hours late, but did call to explain another job was taking longer.  I think someone just forgot us, and then discovered and roused up another truck to come out and do our job.  That said, they did show up, do good work.  I had not used a carpet cleaner in several years and thought $180 a bit much for a one room and stairs, but others seem to think this is the current rate.  The carpets did look very good.
