"There were several hours late, but did call to explain another job was taking longer.  I think someone just forgot us, and then discovered and roused up another truck to come out and do our job.  That said, they did show up, do good work.  I had not used a carpet cleaner in several years and thought $180 a bit much for a one room and stairs, but others seem to think this is the current rate.  The carpets did look very good.

He provided advice on the type of flooring we should look at purchasing and provided a full list of the items needed. During the install he brought up various things that might cause issues and provided solutions. The install went extremely well and on time. The floors look better then we expected due to Todd’s attention to detail, if I ever need flooring work I now know who to call."
