They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. "There were several hours late, but did call to explain another job was taking longer.  I think someone just forgot us, and then discovered and roused up another truck to come out and do our job.  That said, they did show up, do good work.  I had not used a carpet cleaner in several years and thought $180 a bit much for a one room and stairs, but others seem to think this is the current rate.  The carpets did look very good.
