"There were several hours late, but did call to explain another job was taking longer. I think someone just forgot us, and then discovered and roused up another truck to come out and do our job. That said, they did show up, do good work. I had not used a carpet cleaner in several years and thought $180 a bit much for a one room and stairs, but others seem to think this is the current rate. The carpets did look very good.

"Todd was very quick to respond to my project request and was able to come out the next day to bid the project. He provided advice on the type of flooring we should look at purchasing and provided a full list of the items needed. During the install he brought up various things that might cause issues and provided solutions. The install went extremely well and on time. The floors look better then we expected due to Todd’s attention to detail, if I ever need flooring work I now know who to call."

We interviewed others and continued to delay the project each year as we heard so many nightmarish bathroom remodel stories from friends, until we met Expert Home Builders owner. He kept his promises about budget and timing and delivered even more than we expected. His team arrived and departed according to plan, were extremely neat and even protected our very new hardwood floors (which they had to walk across numerous times daily) from any damage. Our bathroom is everything we hoped for and have been enjoying it for nearly a year. Thank you for a wonderful work !"
