From the first meeting through to the jobs completion, we knew we were working with the right company. The job bid was reasonable and the contract we were to sign was clear and precise. Sean and Kathy arrived to our house ready to assess our flooring needs. Sean determined that our oak floors downstairs could survive one more sanding. The upstairs' hallway flooring, done during a remodel 40 years ago, Sean could see was needing to be completely redone. As Sean went about measuring and assessing the work details, Kathy was by his side taking notes and also pictures of the project. Sean’s crew arrived on time ready to work and if asked could explain what was to be done that day.
