Advantage Vinyl Pools

Great replacement of my in ground vinyl pool liner. Nice selection of patterns, timely project completion, and at a reasonable price. Will look for them in another 10 years for another replacement at that time . : }

After several tries I finally got Ron to celebrate to repair the vinyl liner. He did great work patching the liner and is setting up an estimate for liner replacement. Very nice guy.

Ron (The Owner) Is a quality guy. Did most of the work himself! We added a couple steps, our vinyl pool looks as good as concrete pool! The price was fair. The quality is excellent and it was finished on schedule. I definitely recommend Advantage Vinyl Pools to anyone considering a new liner or a new pool!

Great price and professional installation. On time and on schedule

Friendly, started great but then kind of petered out, took almost a month in all. Didn't communicated clearly at the end of the job - I was confused whether or not they really finished the job - the skimmer plate was left sitting on my deck, pump not checked (had issues with it and asked them to check whether it is working or needed a repair/replacement).

I hired Advantage Pools after firing another pool contractor (Espinoza pools) for many reasons. The difference between Advantage Pools and the other contractor was night and they. These guys are professionals. They explained to me what and why in every major step of the project that a "non pool" guy like me can understand. All the workers speak fluent English. I am very pleased with their work. It took a bit longer than expected but since it was already Fall when the project got started, it wasn't a big deal.

Back in 1998 we had Advantage pool replace our pool liner. We had an issue with, Ron, the installer. He enjoyed hanging out with the neighborhood kids, but didn't finish the job I hired him to do. Since I paid another company to complete the work, I refused to pay the small about due advantage. Now 15 years later, I need a new liner. I figure Ron matured. I did not expect his mother, Lorraine, to be unprofessional. After calling to schedule an appt, she didn't have the decency to call me back and refuse the job. I waited 2 weeks for service and then called to hear she didn't work. Very unprof.

I can only say these guys did finish the project. But that's it.

Ron and Lorraine worked with us to be able to stay withen our budget and still get exactly what we wanted. They are rare individuals who actually listen to their customer needs.
