Sharon was very knowledgeable and kept the project in budget and on trac. We love our newly remodeled pool!

Working with Aqua Gunite was a very positive experience. They had great customer service and the entire project went very smoothly from start to finish. They do great quality work and you shouldnâ t hesitate to hire them.

Working crews are great, they kept everything clean, but lack of communication from the office. I had to called many times to find out when the crews are coming. After completion, no one bother to check if there was any issues. Overall, it's a good company.

They began the work promptly and made good progress. Then for reasons that were not explained they disappeared for a week and now I am waiting to hear when they will continue and finish the work. The salesman was very responsive but seemed unable to make things happen more quickly.

I had a very large tree adjacent to the pool. The tree died within one year of pool remodel. The arborists attributed tree loss to the work the Aqua Gunite performed. It is costing me $4000 to have the tree removed.

Team on the ground was fantastic. They completed the job much faster than quoted and with what looks like true quality. Their back office is nice and courteous. Just just slightly more responsive and that too would be a 5.

These folks are true professionals. They came back twice to fix little details that they found and pointed out in the fit and finish. A less professional company might have overlooked these things. they did such a good job we referred them to our friends around the corner. John (the sales person) helped us plan the details and was over at the job site making sure it went well every step of the way. The pool came out better than we could have hoped.

They've been terrific. I haven't actually gotten the work done but will be scheduling them soon. I spent a lot of time with a lot of different contractors and they excelled in every way. Spent a lot of time discussing options in depth. Bringing by different types of finishes (tiles, etc). Been a great experience and very accommodating.

Rick Perry showed up before he was supposed to be there, very informative, explained us everything ten times , very insightful, the different crews were all promptly, hard working. Sharon in the office is the best coordinator for all the appointments. So far so good with gunite filling. We will update more about the famous Pebble Tec. of the Aqua Gunite from Livermore CA

Company does not obtain permits for pool remodel projects. Most if not all cities require a permit for re-plaster/remodel work. This seemed really irresponsible to me so I obtained the permit myself after checking with the city and discovered they require a permit! Front office did not behave in a professional manner. Just a bad experience, (however the workers who came out worked hard and earned their salary).

Although the initial work was unsatisfactory, they re-did it completely to my liking. First try the tile work was very sloppy, but second time around was much better. Great service from the office/field staff.

It was professional and they came on the day when they said they would, which is rare now a days. When asked questions, they were very happy to answer anything we were concerned about.

This company and all of the employees we worked with were very professional. From the salesman Bob to the office staff Sharon we were kept informed and there were no miss steps. The crews who did the work were like a well trained team. I would highly recommend Aqua Gunite. By the way we had 4 bids and their bid was the best and included more work than some of the other companies as well as a 3 year warranty.

WATCH OUT FOR THE SALESMAN!!! He will tell you we will do this an promises that. If it's not written in the contract it won't happen. Salesman said they would renew the pool sweep fitting. I had to do it myself, My Daughter and the salesmen talked at length about putting a few 2" tile diamonds on each step. Oh yes we will do this. Contract said they will do the tile work, but didn't say the steps. Every time I look at the pool steps I get upset, It was for my daughter It hurts more when its for your kids. GET EVERYTHING IN THE CONTRACT, JUST HOW YOU WANT IT OR IT WON'T HAPPEN.

Our initial contact person (Eric Taylor) was very good. However, there was some frustration dealing with their office staff. The final project came out very nice and we are pleased with the result.

Michael was very easy to work with, they worked around my schedule. The workers were courteous and reliable. My project isn't quite finished yet, more to come once the job is done...

Overall I was pleased with the pricing and the work done by Aqua Gunite. Their sales rep, Michael Jones followed up several times after submitting his bid. He also did a good job explaining what work was being done. He also promised that he would be on site when the work was done. This did not happen! Never saw him once I signed the bid. Talked to him once when he notified us that the tile we picked would be an upcharge.... After they had installed it. I had expected that the tile would be an upgrade but for him to not say anything about it until they had installed it was unprofessional. Overall they did very good work.
