Jan the owner was very easy to work with, he answered every question and gave us different ideas to make our pool perfect for us. Him and his team were very reliable, they were at the house almost everyday until the job was done. Working quickly and paying attention to detail. I would highly recommend Shamrock pools.

They left drips in the coating all over the sides and dirt on the bottom that they sprayed on top of, you can see it! Dark spots that I assume are from dirt on the pool bottom plus, the steps are dirty looking. Also, I had to scrape the edge all around because they were not coating the fiberglass all the way to the cement I am 65 years young! This was hard! Corner cutters, I have photos!

If you are looking to resurface or refinish your pool, you have come to the right place! I have not had any pool work done in 20+ years, so it took a bit of investigating to find the right place. When I called Shamrock Pool Fiberglass, the owner Jan Moreno set up an appointment. He went into great detail regarding what it would take to make my pool look new again and better than before. My wife wanted the pool to look blue. He explained the fiberglass and the gel will be a bright white, but the color of the sky will make the pool look baby blue. We worked out a deal and I signed the contract. This was back in December 2020. He said all his people follow COVID-19 rules such as wearing masks and using a bathroom at another location (not at my house). The men were very nice about everything. If I had a question about something, they explained it, and we all kept our distance. The work that was being performed was something special to see. All of the work was done to my liking and very professional just as Jan Moreno said it would be. Jan even came on the last two days to spray the fiberglass in the pool. The pool resurfacing came out great and now the water looks baby blue! Our friends that come over just love the look of the pool and at night with the pool light on it is great. Although no contractor is perfect, Jan came very close. We had trouble getting a gunite contractor to call us back, but Jan responded within minutes of our call, answered our questions about fiberglass, and could start fairly soon. He and his courteous crew did a beautiful job and saved the summer swim season for us.

Love the outcome. My pool looks and feels wonderful. Shamrock is a small company. They have difficulties dealing in an e-world. I mistakenly signed an 'edited' contract instead of having one rewritten. This caused some confusion as to what was owed and when. But no indication that they were trying to cheat me.

Done within contract price and on time. No mess at the end just rebalanced my pool and went swimming. Chose this company over another and I wanted fiberglass finish, got to talk to one of my neighbores who had them do there's in 2012

It took 3 months to do an estimated ONE month job. I had to call or email to complain almost every week after a month and a half. The work done is terrific, it is committment to complete a job in a timely manner that is horrible.

Still in the processes of scheduling an appointment for an estimate.

The job is currently starting. I will complete when the work is finished.
