"Very well. We had to be entirely out of the house for two nights. But it was understandable because *everything* was covered in plastic. They sent instructions ahead of time. You really need to pack up most things, even thought they say only breakables need to be removed. The electrical and drywall work was well done. They asked a lot of questions about the placement of the new can lights, the switches, etc. We really love the new lights. They even swapped out a nearby old light so that they all looked the same - nice touch! The ceilings look great. The new entrance to the attic was very nicely done. The painting on the ceilings looked great. The folks that did the work really took some pride in their work, and with good reason. The price was fair, and I'd hire them again."

"Candido was great! He didn't accept anything but the best workmanship. My newly purchased house needed a lot of prep work and priming due to the dried out wood siding on the street side. Candido made some excellent stucco repairs in back that blended in perfectly. He really went the extra mile to give us a very good looking paint job. "I hired Landmark construction & energy crew for a 650 sq/ft. of living room addition. Before we hired them, we already had all the necessary plans on hand including all the secured building permits with the city. When it comes to workmanship and speed, I must admit that landmark construction was very fast while investing extra attention to perfection. All the teams of workers worked fast even when it came to fixes and adjustments. They replaced the wood floor with new engineered wood flooring, repainted the entire ceiling and one living room wall and blended new stucco on the exterior wall. The new addition required new foundation, framing, and window installation. We are thoroughly content with all the work that was completed by landmark construction & energy crew. 1) they made sure to cover everything all around the working area in order to prevent damages and extra work due to paint spots and dust from all the sanding. 2) They came to work on a daily basis and few times they skipped work BUT they made sure to confirm that 2 days ahead. This was very responsible from them to do. 3) Charlie the Project Manager was available and reached all the time. When he couldn’t talk or answered, he called within the hour. In regards to pricing… the price that we got from Landmark construction & energy crew was in the middle range. Charlie came over to the house several times to discuss about the details and the process of the project, and after that he start working on the estimate."
