You really need to pack up most things, even thought they say only breakables need to be removed. The electrical and drywall work was well done. They asked a lot of questions about the placement of the new can lights, the switches, etc. We really love the new lights. They even swapped out a nearby old light so that they all looked the same - nice touch! The ceilings look great. The new entrance to the attic was very nicely done. "After scouring the internet and some friends for local contractors that can remodel my kitchen, I came across Landmark Construction (Charlie) who provided me with a quote that I was comfortable with and that included all the items that I wanted to have in my new kitchen. I hired Charlie and his team of workers to renovate my kitchen, guest bathroom and install new hardwood floors throughout my house. Now that the project is completed, I could not be happier with the end results. The most important thing for me (besides quality of work), was the communication between me and Charlie since I have a very busy schedule and Charlie was always responsive to all my requests.
My new kitchen and guest bathroom looks amazing. The floor came out beautiful. Charlie gave me a time frame of 4-5 weeks for this renovation. But they were able to finish a little bit sooner than that and I was extremely happy. I highly recommend Landmark Construction based on my great experience.
